Republican Congressman: Putin Is A Cornered Rat

He's desperate.

Republican Congressman Don Bacon reacted to reports of Russian troops appearing near the Estonian border. He believes that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin poses a threat. Bacon expressed this opinion in a commentary for Kyiv Post.

"Putin is a cornered rat, and he is desperate," the politician said.

In particular, the congressman urged Estonia and other NATO members to be vigilant against Russia. He believes that the Alliance should act now.

"Estonia has every reason to be vigilant and take precautions, and NATO should act in support of it," Bacon said.
