Lukashists' Plans For "deadbeats" Have Failed

For half a year Homel region has been trying to employ the "unemployed in the economy".

For more than half a year in Belarus and in Gomel region in particular, the authorities continue to "work out" the so-called "unemployed in the economy" spending large resources on it.

In view of the pace of joint work of police and officials, which began on April 1, according to calculations "Flagstaff" , the commissions in Homel region should have reached the end of the list from the "base of deadbeats" in October.

It turned out that the "working off" is still in full swing, and nothing is reported about the results of such activities.

How effective the work of law enforcers and officials on employment of the officially unemployed was, state resources do not provide data.

The next events in the district centers, held in October, probably ended with nothing: the "deadbeats" summoned to the meetings were familiarized with the available vacancies, but there is nothing in the reports about the fact that any of them agreed to be employed.

The officials of the highest district levels are charged with investigating the cases of rural "deadbeats". In Buda-Koshelevsky district a visiting session of the commission was held by the chairman of the district "council of deputies" Sergei Khaldai on the basis of the Krivsky village executive committee. The so-called commission was epically seated at a table with red-green tablecloths, which emphasized the important state character of the case.

The chief of the ROVD, the head doctor of the district hospital, and the deputy head of the Regional Emergency Situations Department came to treat the unemployed, who took the opportunity to show the "deadbeats" a film about fire safety measures.

In fact, the unemployed were offered vacancies in OJSC "Gomellen" and KSUP "Krivsk" and "were informed about the available vacancies in the organizations of the district". That was all.

In Svetlogorsk a similar meeting was also conducted by the chairman of the district "council of deputies". It is interesting that if on the photo from Krivsk "deadbeats" are mostly women, in Svetlogorsk - men, and many of them are young. They were offered jobs at SvetlogorskKhimvolokno OJSC, Svetlogorsk CCK OJSC and Svetlogorsk ZHBiK Plant OJSC.
