The analyst sounded off on the numbers.
OSINT analyst Richard Vereker stated that more Russian APC and BMP losses have been recorded in the past 24 hours than in the entire month of September.
The analyst believes Putin's army has stopped practicing the tactic of supporting small assaults with armored vehicles.
In its place, Russian forces have begun to conduct smaller but larger-scale mechanized attacks.
The day before, on his social media page, X Vereker reported that just over 50% of the Russian army's armored vehicle losses were MT-LBs.

The analyst immediately stressed that he does not have full information about the battle tactics of Putin's army, so he does not yet assume responsibility for a detailed analysis of the Russian Armed Forces' armor losses for September.
In September, Putin's army lost 25 BMPs and APCs on the battlefield, of which 13 were MT-LBs. The occupiers have long used them as a mere replacement for APCs. At the same time, the losses of MT-LBs continue to grow every month.
In the meantime, analysts from DeepState report that Russian troops have occupied three more settlements on the territory of Donetsk region. The enemy captured Komar, Mirnoye and Perestroika, and also advanced in the area of Ivanovka and Voskresenka.
These settlements are in the Novopavlovsk direction. In addition, on October 13, the enemy occupied the village of Ternovoye in Dnipropetrovsk region.
