Zelensky Intrigued By New Weapons From The US

Kiev may get "something more".

Ukraine may receive new assistance in the context of long-range strikes after a meeting with the United States at the leaders' level.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press conference of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in Denmark.

The head of state noted that Ukraine has never been the first to attack Russian civilian infrastructure, but only responded to the aggressor's strikes. About a year ago, Ukrainian defenders did not have the ability to respond, and then the strikes of the occupiers led to blackouts.

Zelensky said Ukraine could potentially use as many drones per day as Russia (about 500-600 units). But everything hinges on funding.

He noted that if Ukraine manages to reach such figures in the context of drone use, the Russians will have questions for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

"Before that, we used only our weapons systems. After my meeting with the U.S. president, we may have something more," the president intrigued.
