Shocking Intercept: Colombian Russian 'mercenaries' Ordered To Shoot Civilians

Ukrainian intelligence has released new evidence of war crimes by Russian troops. In an intercepted conversation, a commander of Colombian mercenaries fighting on the side of the Russian Federation gives orders to shoot Ukrainian civilians - even women and children.

In a fresh radio intercept, Ukrainian scouts have recorded a war crime by Colombian "mercenaries" who are fighting against Ukraine as part of the 30th Independent Motorized Rifle Brigade, which is part of the 2nd Combined Arms Army of the Russian Central Military District.

In the intercepted conversation, one of the field commanders gives orders in Spanish for the execution of civilian Ukrainians. He separately orders to shoot women and children.

"When there is fog, haze, so that they are not identified, let them eliminate all people who are enemies: on motorcycles, on bicycles, women and children, women and children," he commands.

The GUR noted that killing civilians is a regular and command-inspired practice of the Russian 30th Motorized Rifle Brigade.

Just three days ago its servicemen committed another war crime and shot civilians in the vicinity of Pokrovsk.

"Now the Russian command is trying to extend this practice to foreign citizens fighting for Moscow to make them complicit in crimes against civilians," the intelligence agency added.
