Russian Federation Attacks Odessa Region With KABs For The First Time

The enemy dropped three aerial bombs from Su-34 aircraft.

Russian occupiers attempted to attack the Odessa region with three guided aerial bombs (GABs) with extended range UMPB-5 on the afternoon of October 24. The threat was defused by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

As reported by the Ukrainian Air Command South, the occupiers tried to hit the Odessa region by launching three KABs from a Su-34 fighter jet, but their plans failed.

"In the afternoon, the Russian occupation forces launched an air strike on the Odessa region with three guided bombs with increased range, launched from a Su-34 aircraft. The air defense of southern Ukraine shot down two of the bombs. Another one fell in an open area without consequences," the statement said.
