Ukrainian journalists called them.

A Cypriot company owned by the mother of Lviv businessman Vitaliy Bobyr, who is wanted by the Security Service of Ukraine, provided loans to a Russian firm building Lukashenko's Russian residence. This is stated in the joint investigation of "Slidstva.lnfo" and BRC.

According to the investigation, the Cypriot Rostumel Holding Limited in 2024 provided one and a half million dollars in loans to the Russian firm Complex-Invest, which is the initiator of the construction of the residence. Its co-founder is Alexander Romanovsky, an ex-employee of Alexander Lukashenko's security service. According to the ex-director of Complex-Invest, the company is financed exclusively by borrowed funds.

Investigators found that most of the creditors are firms associated with Lukashenko's entourage. Among them is Rostumel Holding Limited. This firm is owned by 72-year-old Lviv resident Iryna Bobyr.

She is the mother of Vitaliy Bobyr, a businessman who has been wanted by the Security Service of Ukraine since May 2023. Bobyr, as reported by the security service, supplied Rolls-Royces and Maybachs to Belarus and Russia to circumvent sanctions. In addition, Vitali Bobyr is involved in the transshipment of under-sanctioned Belarusian mineral fertilizers in the port of St. Petersburg. This was mentioned in the investigation of the project "Schemes".

In March 2023, as part of criminal proceedings, the court in Kiev arrested the things found at Vitaliy Bobyr during searches: documents, equipment and seals of two dozen companies from Ukraine, one from Belarus and two Cypriot companies. One of them is the Rostumel Holding Limited. In correspondence on one of the confiscated phones, Bobyr claimed that his cousin was a high-ranking Belarusian official, "the second person in Belarus. It is highly probable that it was about one of Lukashenko's closest associates, Viktor Sheiman - ex-head of the Presidential Administration of Affairs of Belarus.

In response to the question of "Slidstva.info" journalists about the financing of the construction of the complex "Krasnaya Polyana," Vitali Bobyr said: "I don't understand what you're talking about. My mom is not the owner of any company. The investigators did not manage to communicate with Irina Bobyr.

The journalists managed to get a video of the construction of the residence from a drone. According to the documentation, the complex consists of the main house (3000 square meters), three cottages (700 "squares" each with a swimming pool and a bathhouse), buildings for security guards and staff. The design of the fence provides protection against undermining. The main house is designed to accommodate the use of a wheelchair (Lukashenko's knee and back problems were reported in the media).
