RF fights wars about every 6-7 years.
During a visit to the Mandryk military hospital, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin met with participants in the invasion of Ukraine and declared Russians' "genetic predisposition" to war. One of the "heroes of the SWO" said during the conversation that he had found information in archives about his grandfather who fought in the Great Patriotic War. Putin responded by grabbing the serviceman's thumb and, twitching it slightly, drew a parallel between him and his grandfather.
"Look, look, I didn't know my grandfather was like that, but you yourself are fighting just like your grandfather," Putin said. "I try," replied the "hero of the SWO." "It's in our genes, you know? <...> We have it. It's not going anywhere," Putin continued his thought.
Putin met with servicemen of the 127th separate intelligence brigade at the hospital. Among those present, as "Agency" found out, there were at least two people with criminal records. One of them, Rustem Ibraimov, has multiple convictions for theft and death threats. A week before the invasion began, on February 15, 2022, Ibraimov was sentenced to five months in a penal colony for stealing a gospel worth 20,000 rubles.
Another participant in the meeting, 21-year-old Vladislav Bobko from Kerch, appeared in police reports in June 2023 as a suspect in property theft. He maintains a page on the social network under the pseudonym "Vlad Bandit".
It should be noted that Russia wages wars about every 6-7 years. Over 34 years (1991-2025), Russia has been involved in five major wars: the First Chechen War (1994-1996), the Second Chechen War (1999-2009), the war with Georgia (2008), the war in Syria (since 2015), and the war in Ukraine (since 2014, full-scale phase from 2022).
