Belarusian National Bank has established why dollars are glowing.

It is a saying of the deputy chairman of the National Bank Andriy Kartun. After a breakthrough scientific research of the Academy of Sciences, the Belarusian National Bank realized why dollars glow and allowed to accept them, writes "Belarusians and the market".
The question of why dollars glow was too serious to just take and answer. Therefore, the Belarusian National Bank did not answer it just like that. First, the National Bank ordered a special study from the Belarusian Academy of Sciences.
The Academy of Sciences did not fail. Belarusian academicians found out that the invisible to the eye elements glow in ultraviolet light on dollars. What exactly these elements are, modern Belarusian science could not unequivocally answer. However, these elements have recently become more and more often the reason for banks to refuse to exchange currency to citizens.
Alexander Lukashenko even personally interceded for the citizens. He demanded to solve the issue with all the elements no later than the end of this year.
That's why this week the Belarusian National Bank gathered bankers for a special meeting. So that they could finally figure out what exactly is shining on these dollars.
"Today, a big meeting with representatives of all banks... In my opinion, we have made a very serious decision related to the regulation of the issues of acceptance or non-acceptance of a particular banknote," said Andrei Kartun.
The essence of a serious decision is that banks should accept banknotes with elements invisible to the naked eye. Also decided to stop discriminating against U.S. dollars based on color. Made a big step towards progress and color tolerance.
"We have no restrictions. White dollars, blue dollars. We accept all of them," Kartun said.
At the same time, they determined the degree of tornness of bills, allowing banks to refuse to accept them. In general, while there is no financial stability in the world, the Belarusian National Bank is engaged in really important things. Breakthrough research in the field of elements invisible to the eye on American dollars. And the Belarusians can cope with some inflation themselves.
