Most Republicans Favor Sending Tomahawk Missiles To Ukraine

More than 60% of Republicans were in favor of sending American Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine. This is evidenced by a poll of the American research company Public Opinion Strategies.

According to the poll, 21% of respondents "strongly support" the possible sale of Tomahawk missiles by the United States to Ukraine, which will allow it to strike at the territory of Russia, another 42% "to some extent" are in favor of the delivery of missiles.

63% of American citizens-Republicans fully support the sale of missiles to Ukraine.

More than 30% of American Republicans opposed the transfer of the missiles to Kiev.

The poll was conducted between October 7 and 13 among 600 U.S. citizens who support the Republican Party.

On October 23, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that Kiev is seeking to obtain Tomahawk cruise missiles from those European states that have the weapon in their arsenal. He said Ukraine is already negotiating with countries "that can help".
