On the night of October 31, a group of drones flew to Orel and attacked the thermal power plant. Russians should feel what it's like to live in winter without heat and light.

Local residents began posting footage of the aftermath of the drone attack on the Web, reporting at least three arrivals, reports "Dialog.UA".

The attack on the CHPP began around 1:00. It was soon confirmed by the governor of the Orel region Andrey Klychkov.

Orlovskaya CHPP is a combined heat and power plant, part of RIR Energo JSC. The plant's installed electric capacity is 330 MW, heat capacity is 725 Gcal/h. About 250 employees work at the CHPP.

Orlovskaya CHPP is an enterprise of the energy sector, the main purpose of which is to produce electricity and heat for the needs of the city of Orel and the surrounding areas.
