Madrid Will Host A Secret Meeting Of A "coalition Of The Determined"

A "coalition of the resolute" of 35 countries will meet in private in Madrid to discuss new ways to support Ukraine. Participants will work without cell phones and will not disclose details.

According to the newspaper, the Spanish Foreign Ministry will hold a kind of secret and closed summit of the "coalition of the resolute" next Tuesday, November 4 .
According to a document obtained by this newspaper, it will be a meeting of the directors general of the 35 countries that make up the "coalition" to discuss how to continue to help Ukraine.
It is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. and end after 3:30 p.m., with two blocks of discussions on helping Kiev before the approaching fourth anniversary of the war.
It is noted that this meeting will be organized with the utmost secrecy. In fact, participants have been warned that cell phones are banned and that they should not divulge details of the meeting.
"Delegates are asked not to publish information about the meeting on public platforms or social media," the publication notes.
In the first session, they will discuss how to increase support for Ukraine, with the aim of continuing discussions to address Ukraine's immediate financial needs, particularly those related to its military and defense efforts, as well as coordinating initiatives to increase pressure on Russia.
They are seeking, among other things, to clarify aid priorities and reach some sort of agreement.
