Malyuk also noted that 40% of Russian Pantsir systems have been destroyed since the beginning of 2025, while, according to his data, Russia only produces about 30 of them per year.
"In addition to sanctions, we have the declaration of kinetic sanctions. That is, diplostrikes, work in the deep rear, at the expense of drones. We are talking about a distance of 120 kilometers plus," he noted.
Malyuk also stressed, to fulfill the tasks of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, are used exactly legitimate purposes - oil production and refining.
"This is 90% of the budget of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, that is, these are dirty petro-rubles at the expense of which the enemy is killing us," he explained.
