At the same time, he emphasized that Tehran "does not intend to build nuclear weapons."
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said his country will rebuild its nuclear facilities "with greater strength," while stressing that Tehran "does not intend to build nuclear weapons."
According to Reuters.
Pezeshkian made the statement during a visit to the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, where he met with Iranian nuclear industry executives.
"The destruction of buildings and factories will not create problems for us, we will rebuild them and with greater strength," the Iranian president said.
At the same time, he stressed that Iran's nuclear program is for purely civilian purposes.
"All of this is meant to solve people's problems, for diseases, for people's health," Pezeshkian said.
In turn, U.S. President Donald Trump earlier warned that he would order more strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities if Tehran tries to reopen the sites that the United States attacked in June.
