Zelensky Is Preparing For A Meeting With Trump

Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky has officially received a draft plan from the United States that the U.S. side assesses could boost diplomacy.

The Office of the President of Ukraine reported.

"Ukraine has been seeking peace since the first seconds of the Russian invasion, and we support all substantive proposals that can bring real peace closer. Ukraine has supported President Trump's proposals since the beginning of this year to end the bloodshed," the statement said.

Zelensky said Ukraine is ready for constructive cooperation with the United States and partners in the EU and the world to achieve peace.

"The President of Ukraine in the coming days expects to discuss with President Trump the available diplomatic opportunities and the main points that are needed for peace," the President's Office said.
