National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov returned to Ukraine on Wednesday, November 19.

An informed source told RBC-Ukraine.

A number of mass media reported earlier that Umerov allegedly had no plans to return to Ukraine amid a corruption scandal in the energy sector.

The Center for Countering Disinformation later said that such statements were a fake and the SNBO secretary was on a planned foreign business trip.
