Belarusian Foreign Minister Goes To Russia To Discuss "Soft Power" And "Traditional Values"

Foreign Ministers of Russia and Belarus Sergei Lavrov and Maksim Ryzhenkov will meet in Moscow on November 24 and 25, reports the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The press release notes that Moscow and Minsk will discuss the joint use of "soft power" tools, promotion of "traditional values" and "preservation of historical memory." The parties will also coordinate approaches to building relations with friendly and unfriendly countries.

"On the margins of the event, the foreign ministers of Russia and Belarus will discuss topical issues of bilateral cooperation and foreign policy interaction, including diplomatic support for integration processes within the "union state," the statement says.

The ministers will also talk about the international agenda.
