Reuters: Zelensky May Visit The U.S. This Week

The Ukrainian president is scheduled to meet with Trump.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky may visit the United States as early as this week. This was reported by Reuters on November 24, citing informed sources.

According to the agency, during the visit he will discuss with US President Donald Trump the most sensitive aspects of the finalized framework "peace plan".

The latter was worked on by representatives of Ukraine and the United States in Geneva. The sides called the negotiations on it "extremely productive" and "constructive." They did not officially disclose the details of the updated document, their possible variants were published by the media.

Ukraine said it would continue "intensive work" ahead of Trump's deadline. Earlier, the American president announced November 27 (Thanksgiving in the US) as the deadline for agreeing on a peace proposal. However, he later noted that these deadlines could be changed.
