Russia Hits Kiev En Masse: High-rise Buildings On Fire

Civilians were injured in Kiev on the night of November 25 as a result of a massive Russian drone and missile strike. According to preliminary information, two people were killed, the injured at least 6, writes OBOZ.UA.
The aggressor launched simultaneously Kinzhals, Kalibers, ballistic missiles and various types of UAVs, in particular Shaheds, at Kievshchina. In this way, the Russian occupation army tried to reset the Ukrainian air defense. There have been arrivals as well as falling debris; destruction and fires are known.
What is known about the aftermath of the shelling
The head of the Kiev city military administration, Timur Tkachenko, reported the explosions, urged to stay in shelters until lights out, and periodically updated on the aftermath and casualties.
According to data as of 6:00 Tuesday:
- in Pechersk district, a 22-story building at the level of (approximately) the fourth to seventh floors was damaged, fire started;
- in Dniprovsky district, there was a strong fire on the last floors of a nine-story building, balconies and apartments were burning.
At 3:10 information about the injured was only from Dniprovsky district: it is four people who sought help. Another eight were rescued, the MVA head wrote, noting that "the situation is dynamic."
"Please, in all cases, head for shelters in case of an alarm. Take care of each other and your loved ones," the official appealed to Ukrainians.
The Ukrainian Energy Ministry noted that the enemy was again hitting the energy infrastructure. "Power engineers will begin assessing the consequences and restoration work as soon as the security situation allows," the ministry assured.
As of 3:55, the injured are already six, of whom two are hospitalized. Possible new appeals to the medics.
The State Emergency Service of Kiev later clarified that as a result of the night attack in the capital killed two people, 6 more suffered. In addition, 18 people were rescued of them three children. Rescuers continue to work on the hit sites.
In Dniprovsky district as a result of a drone hit a house there was a threat of fire spread. As a result, 1 person was killed, 5 injured, 17 people were rescued, among them 3 children. The fire has been localized. The liquidation and search for the alleged victims continues.
Another address recorded a hit in a two-story building. There is also a hit to garages, resulting in a fire on an area of about 50 square meters and destruction on an area of 400 square meters. Localization and dismantling of structures is ongoing.
