Venezuela's dictator has panicked budget workers in a procession.

Venezuela's dictator Nicolas Maduro held a march in Caracas against U.S. interference in the country's internal affairs. While addressing the nation, the usurper held the legendary sword of national hero Simon Bolivar, Sky News reported.

Thousands of Venezuelans took part in the march, dubbed "The Procession of the Banner and Sword of Liberator Simon Bolivar." In addition to civilians, police, military and militias participated in the march.

At the end of the march, the military presented Maduro with a sword that many historians believe Simon Bolivar received from Peru in gratitude for liberating the country from Spanish rule. "I accept it 200 years later as a liberating force that brings victory to all of South America," Maduro exclaimed as he waved the sword. - The sword is alive and marching through Latin America! Long live Bolivar and his saving sword!"

The United States has been striking Venezuelan ships in the Caribbean Sea since early September, accusing them of drug trafficking. The New York Times wrote on Nov. 19 that Donald Trump had approved CIA plans to pressure Venezuelan authorities, including covert operations in the country. Reuters reported that the U.S. is also considering an attempt to overthrow Nicolas Maduro.
