Britain To Produce Ukrainian Octopus Interceptor Drones

An agreement has been signed.

Ukraine and the UK have signed a license agreement on the production of the Ukrainian Octopus interceptor drone.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Telegram of Ukraine's Defense Minister Denis Shmygal.

"Together with allies we are developing Ukraine's air defense capabilities, delegations from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the UK Ministry of Defense have signed a license agreement on the Ukrainian Octopus interceptor drone," Shmygal said.

He said that this is a historical precedent and the next important step, which will make it possible to produce in Britain Ukrainian interceptors, which have proven their effectiveness in the fight against the Shaheds.

The minister noted that mass production of interceptors is planned, which may reach several thousand per month. The manufactured assets will be transferred to Ukraine to strengthen the defense of the skies.
