Maritime drones disabled the Caspian Pipeline Consortium terminal.

Marine drones attacked and completely disabled the berthing device of the CPC Marine Terminal in Novorossiysk, oil shipment has been stopped.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to TASS.

It is noted that in the morning of November 29, as a result of an attack by uncrewed boats in the waters of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium's Marine Terminal, the outrigger mooring device was significantly damaged and cannot be restored.

"According to an order issued by the captain of the Novorossiysk seaport, cargo operations and other operations were suspended, tankers were withdrawn outside the waters of the CPC. There were no casualties among CPC personnel and contractors," the company said.

It is reported that at the time of the explosion emergency protection systems ensured the closure of the relevant pipelines. Preliminary oil ingress into the Black Sea water area did not occur.

The CPC added that further operation of VPU-2 is impossible, and shipments at the terminal will be carried out in accordance with the established rules in the cancellation of UAV threats.
