This can incapacitate invaders instantly.
Ukrainian strikes on logistics are turning Russian units into exhausted, dehydrated and sick people. The occupiers have shown what the Ukrainian armed forces have brought them to.
A new video has appeared on the web showing Russian soldiers drinking dirty water from a forest puddle: the occupiers' logistics have been destroyed by the Ukrainian armed forces' strikes to such an extent that they have nothing to drink. The published footage shows four Russian soldiers standing in the forest and literally scooping dirty water from a shallow puddle with their mouths.

The video, published by Sergei Sternenko, shows the crisis of the Russian military on the front line. Soldiers do not hide: there is nothing to drink, thirst is so strong that they are ready to violate sanitary norms.
"We survive as best we can, and then we'll figure it out," says a Russian soldier in the video.
Social media emphasize that this is a clear illustration of how Ukrainian drones and artillery are systematically destroying Russian logistics, depriving Russian troops of supplies.
Why it's dangerous: drinking from puddles can instantly incapacitate a fighter
Dirty forest water is a mix of bacteria, intestinal viruses, parasites and chemical contaminants. Drinking it is virtually guaranteed to get you in trouble: acute intestinal infections (vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration), dysentery, campylobacteriosis, leptospirosis, parasitic infestations, and standing water poisoning with putrefaction products. For the military, this means immediate loss of combat effectiveness. Even mild poisoning can incapacitate a soldier for several days, and severe poisoning can require hospitalization. What is seen in the video is a massive risk of disease that spreads among the group instantly.
