Ukraine's Defense Forces Responded To Putin's Statement About The "seizure" Of Seversk

The city remains under the control of the AFU.

Today, December 11, the Russians stormed 68 times the positions of Ukrainian defenders in the area of responsibility of Operational Command "Vostok". Despite the statements of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, Seversk remains under the control of the AFU.

Seversk on the Slavyansk direction remains under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The Russians are trying to enter the city in small groups under the cover of unfavorable weather conditions, but most of them are destroyed on the approaches.

In the Pokrovsk direction, the occupants tried 33 times to attack the positions of Ukrainian soldiers in the areas of Shakhovo, Rodinskoye, Mirnograd, Pokrovsk, Kotlino, Udachnoye, Molodetskoe and towards Novopavlovka. The AFU repulsed 31 attacks, fighting is still going on.

"The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to control the northern part of Pokrovsk. In the central part of the city, Ukrainian soldiers are blocking the enemy's advance," the Defense Forces said in a statement.

In Mirnograd, AFU units are holding defensive lines and destroying the occupants on the approaches to the city.

"Logistics remain complicated. To strengthen our supply capabilities, measures are being taken to expand logistics corridors to Mirnograd," Ukrainian defenders said.
