In the previous composition, which was also assembled by the departed Nikoli Snopkov, Topuzidis was his deputy.
Turchin's deputy was the chairman of the Development Bank of Belarus Sergei Stolyarchuk.
Alexander Turchin has already headed the Council for Entrepreneurship Development - in the late 2010s. Then he was the head of the Council of Ministers.
The founder of the glass company "Kuvo" Vladimir Kulbenkov also returned to this structure. For the first time he was a member of the board in the late 2000s.
Newcomers were Valentin Pikul ("Kompo"), Sergei Podgaysky ("Energokomplekt"), Igor Ryshkevich ("Liplast-Spb"), Andrei Sidorov ("Vitstroitekhmash") and chairman of the board of "Belagroprombank" Anatoly Lysyuk.
Besides Pavel Topuzidis, there is no more in the council of former MP and co-owner of Henkel-Bautekhnik Sergei Novitsky.
