Drones Attacked Afipsky Oil Refinery: Blackout Started In The City

As Censor.NET reports, the refinery is one of the largest and supplies military units of the Russian Armed Forces.

Local residents in telegram channels report powerful explosions and a complete blackout in the town.

The city is in blackout.

The released footage shows a bright glow at the moment of the hit, and comments from an eyewitness who filmed the event can be heard.
