The two largest banks in Belarus, serving more than 7 million customers, announced a series of technological works, which may lead to service disruptions on some days of December.

The two state-owned banks, Belarusbank and Belinvestbank, recommended citizens to carry cash in the pre-New Year period, so as not to face problems in payment.

In turn, Belinvestbank (1.6 million customers) will conduct technological works on December 19, during which there may be "short-term interruptions" in the work of cards, mobile and Internet banking during the day - from 08:00 to 23:59.
