Netherlands To Allocate €950 Mln To Ukraine

€700 million will be spent on drones.

The Netherlands will allocate a €950m military aid package to Ukraine, of which €700m will be spent on drones. This was announced by the kingdom's Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans on his page in the social network X.

According to the defense minister, the decision on the support was made despite progress in the diplomatic sphere, as the war is not over yet. Another €250 million as part of the package is earmarked for the purchase of US weapons.

"I am announcing our latest support: €700 million for drones and €250 million for US weapons. We all need to step up our efforts to strengthen Ukraine's negotiating position," Brekelmans wrote.
