The authorities periodically block VPN.

In Belarus, after the so-called elections, the Internet periodically shuts down and VPN is blocked, a reader of the Charter97.org website said:

“I was recently talking to my friend from Pinsk, and she told me: “You know, Aksana, from Friday evening until Sunday evening, the Internet had been working poorly and the VPN had not worked at all. On Monday, everything was restored again.”

It turns out that if you have free time on a weekend, you still can’t read anything on the Internet, since all independent resources are blocked.

These days, the same story happened in our region. There was Internet, but we couldn’t read the news. I thought such a trifle couldn’t stop me, as a confident user. However, it turned out the other way. On Sunday evening, the VPN began to work.
