The man in a blue suit (in the video) - presumably a representative of the Ministry of Light Industry, appointed to liquidate the enterprise - tries to answer the questions of the workers, but fails and leaves the meeting.

At the meeting, the "liquidator" said that the enterprise is unprofitable, with debts and should be liquidated.

An outraged voice can be heard among the workers:

Why is the liquidation happening at the expense of production? After all, 51% of shares belong to the state! 99% of employees were against the closure!

And now what? We worked, we did our best, we were happy with everything. Why didn't you give us some help before? You didn't do anything!

The situation is extremely difficult for "Belfa" workers. Many specialists have worked at the factory for decades and now they won't be able to find another job in Zhlobin.
