Zelensky: There Is A Real Chance To End The War

Security guarantees for Ukraine could be ready in the coming days.

The Ukrainian president believes that now there is a real chance to end the war and expressed readiness to discuss all issues with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

The teams of Ukraine, the US and Europe are currently working on the architecture of security guarantees and the developments may be ready in the coming days.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said in Telegram. "Now there is a real chance to end the war. Ukraine is ready for constructive steps that can bring real peace closer. However, Russia does not demonstrate any intentions for peace and continues shelling our cities ... We need pressure to change its position and a summit to discuss all the issues," Zelensky said.

In addition, he noted that he had a telephone conversation with Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof, during which they discussed how the Netherlands could increase its involvement in the process and help with security guarantees.

Zelensky said that they also discussed joint projects and investments in Ukrainian defense production. He added that important agreements and a meeting in the near future were being prepared.
