Maduro's First Trial Has Concluded

The judge ordered the dictator to appear in court on March 17 for a hearing.

A judge at a court hearing in New York ordered Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro to appear for a hearing on March 17.

This concluded the first hearing in the case.

The trial began on Monday, January 5.

At the hearing, Maduro declared his innocence. His wife, Silia Flores, also announced the same.

Maduro's defense said it would later seek Maduro's release on bail.
