Trump's Special Envoy Cole Responds To Wife Of Belarusian Political Prisoner

Belarusians are waiting for new releases.

The wife of a Belarusian political prisoner, living in Warsaw (her full name is not disclosed), appealed in social network X to the special representative of the President of the United States John Cole.

"I am a Belarusian, I am the wife of a political prisoner. We have small children. My husband is still not released, but I have hope. I bless you, Mr. John Cole," she wrote.

In response, the American official briefly said, "Working on it."

It should be noted that the last batch of political prisoners was released on December 13. Lukashenko released 123 prisoners of conscience.
