In Minsk, the price per square meter of housing has risen by nearly $500 over the past year, according to the agency “Minsk-Novosti”.

In September 2026, there was a record annual increase in the price per square meter. The average price was $2,330 per square meter. A year ago, it was nearly $500 less.

- In September 2025, the average price was $1,855 per square meter. Thus, over the course of the year, the price per square meter rose by $475, or 25.6%, noted real estate agent Ekaterina Blagush.

The record price per square meter was recorded in the “Olympic Park” residential complex, located at 124 Timiryazev Street. The buyer paid $6,433 per square meter for the property. The second most expensive property was an apartment in the “Severny Bereg” residential complex at 88 V. Tsvirko Street. Here, the price per square meter was $5,175. In third place is a unit in the “Comfort Park” residential complex at 6 Tatarskaya Street. A 37-square-meter one-bedroom apartment was sold there for $185,000. Each square meter cost $5,068.
