Belarusian Woman Starred In The Movie "The Devil Wears Prada 2"

Recently, the movie "The Devil Wears Prada 2" was released, starring Belarusian Anna Trubacheva alongside Meryl Streep.

Trubacheva is a former journalist from Belarus who has been living in the United States for about a decade. In movies, she has more often appeared in extras and shared this experience on social networks. However, this time she managed to get a more prominent role - largely due to her unusual image.

She said that she came to the shooting in her own costume with elements of velvet, leather and feathers. This look impressed the costumers, and they offered her a designer dress that no one else could match. The actress describes it as a floor-length black dress with a long train and a feather collar that emphasized her looks and charisma.

As a result, she was cast as a union actress for the role of "Famous Actress #61" despite not yet being in an acting union. Trubacheva received a substantial fee for filming and admitted that after that she looks at long shifts on set differently.

Her agent has already applied to join the professional actors' union, whose members receive higher fees and have a better chance at roles.

Trubacheva said that after this project, her career began to develop more actively. She recently took part in a shoot again, where she had her makeup done by a two-time Oscar winner who recognized her from her role in the film.
