Pavel Vinahradau arrested for 7 days

The Zmena’s activist Pavel Vinahradau has been sentenced to 7 days in prison by the court of Minsk’s Moscow district.

Vinahradau was arrested for taking part in Tell the Truth campaign’s cooperative celebration.

The former political prisoner’s wife told about that to Radio Svaboda.

The third anniversary of the campaign’s launch was celebrated on 22 February in Zhuravinka restaurant. But according to the rules of preventive superintendence Pavel is not allowed to be present in the places which serve poured alcohol

On 28 February he went to get registered at the Moscow district’s police department, according to the procedure, and there they informed him of the violation of the superintendence rules. Pavel Vinahradau has been sentenced to 7 days of administrative arrest by the court of Minsk’s Moscow district.
