Hrodna TECs Seem to Have Ended Their Work Ahead of Time

In the evening of October 12 several Hrodna observers didn't manage to file complaints to the territorial election commission of the Kastryčnicki district of Hrodna, as well as to the Hrodna Regional Territorial Election Commission.

According to the Electoral Code, these commissions must work during three days after the elections, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. However, as stated by a proxy of the presidential candidate Tatsiana Karatkevich,Dzmitry Bandarchuk, these commissions didn't work already at 6 p.m. The observers who were unable to file the complaints that day filed the appropriate complaints to the Central Election Commission, Viasna reports.

The territorial election commission of the Lieninski district of Hrodna didn't reply to a complaint of Uladzimir Khilmanovich regarding the refusal of the chairman of the PEC to announce the total number of the electors in the voters list. This violation took place during the early voting.
