Carrier Siarhei Shtoda not released from police office

Today the administrative arrest of Siarhei Shtoda, the carrier arrested and convicted on February 3, is over.

Then he was on his way to a scheduled meeting with the first Deputy Prime Minister Vasil Matsiusheuski at the Government House, Radio Svaboda reports.

The businessman was detained and accused of disorderly conduct and swearing. After that Siarhei Shtoda was arrested for 15 days.

However, the businessman was not released at the appointed time. His wife Volha said that her husband called her from the police station at 12:30, adding that he was brought there from the detention center.
