Leader of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro is to pay an official visit to Minsk, the Venezuelan Embassy in Minsk informed to BelTA. In particular, the Venezuelan president will take part in the solemn opening ceremony of a Simon Bolivar monument in the Simon Bolivar square in Minsk.
