Homel dweller intends to prove the illegality of Lukashenka's decree.

Belarus first trial of the case the "social parasite" against the state is to be held in Homel on February 14.

53-year-old Aliaksandr Siamenau intends to prove that the "tax on social parasitism" is illegal and that the decree of the state ruler contradicts the Constitution. According to Euroradio, he also wants to prove that the decree is not applicable to him and seeks his participation in the financing of government spending be recognized.

Siamenau has 28 years of work experience and has been officially unemployed since 2013. He didn't manage to find a job in Belarus and is now doing business in Russia. In 2015 he had to return to his homeland and has been living on his savings.

The lawyer and human rights activist Leanid Sudalenka, an employee of the Independent Trade Uunion REP, assists Aliaksandr Siamenau.
