Homel "Parasite": I Want To Show People That Nothing Can Stop Us

Homel resident Dzmitry Saburau, who has filed a lawsuit against the tax office, is sure that people should participate in protest marches.

The temporarily unemployed resident of Homel Dzmitry Saburau appealed to the of the Zheleznadarozhny district court of Homel with a complaint against the tax inspection, which enlisted a man into parasites.

Where and when protests against Decree No. 3 will be held in March.

“I want to show people that they shouldn’t be afraid. That one can appeal to the court, participate in protest marches, spend a day behind the bars, but all this cannot stop us,” – Dzmitry Saburau told to Belsat.

It’s the fifth case in total when the citizens of the country try to defend themselves against state taxes with the help of the domestic Themis. As a proof of his participation in the financing of government spending, Saburau has monthly printouts of his payments to mobile operator, which, among other things, include the value-added tax. VAT is included in the list of fees that form the state budget, and therefore one can’t call a person paying this tax a parasite.
