The reanimated Decree No. 3, which Lukashenka promises to "launch" on October 1, has aggravated the already acute social situation in Belarus, Charter97.org reports.

Summer and the holiday season are drawing to an end. More and more often people recollect the heroic spring of 2017, when for a long time they became the owners of central streets and squares in their cities, and confused authorities did not know what to do. Memories of those glorious rallies give strength and inspiration to getting ready for a new wave of protests in autumn.
