A native of the Belgorod region fought in the south of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian military liquidated Alexander Lopin, lieutenant colonel of the occupation forces of the Russian Federation, commander of the 2nd Battalion Tactical Group of the 108th Airborne Assault Regiment from the Belgorod region.

This was announced by a blogger nicknamed Necro Mancer on Twitter. He notes that it is not yet known exactly where the occupier died.

“You won’t believe it, but the heroic native of the village of Sokolovka, Belgorod region, commander of the 2nd BTG # 108AAR, Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Sergeevich Lopin, born in 1985, heroically left us. True, it is not yet known when and where,” the message says.

The well-known blogger and officer of the Ukrainian army Anatoly “Stirlitz” Shtefan announced the death of the occupier in his Telegram channel.

“Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Lopin, Commander of the 2nd Battalion Tactical Group, 108th Airborne Assault Regiment, 7th Mountain Airborne Division has been successfully demobilized,” the Ukrainian officer wrote.

The invader is known to have fought against the Ukrainians on the territory of the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions.
