Poland Closes Another Border Crossing Point On Its Border With Belarus

For indefinite time.

The Polish checkpoint "Bobrowniki" has suspended its operation since February 10.

This was announced by Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of Poland Mariusz Kaminski.

"For important interests of national security, I've decided to suspend until further notice the traffic at the Polish-Belarusian border crossing point in Bobrowniki starting from February 10, this year from 12:00," he said.

There is a border crossing point "Berestovitsa" on the Belarusian side of the border.

As a result, the Belarusian-Polish border will be left with only one functional crossing point in Brest with checkpoints "Kazlovichy" for trucks and "Brest" for other types of transport.

We remind that in response to the migration crisis created by Lukashenka, Poland closed the Bruzhi-Kuznica crossing in Hrodna Region from autumn 2021.
