ATACMS Missiles Eliminate High-Ranking Russian Military In Alushta

An important point of communication and control of the occupants in Crimea was hit.

Explosions were heard in the town of Alushta in the temporarily occupied Crimea late in the evening of May 23 - a communication hub of the Russian occupants was hit.

This is reported by Telegram-channel of the Atesh partisan movement.

"The communication centre of the Russian occupants (m/u 28735) was hit in Alushta. This unit is an important point of communication and control of the occupiers in Crimea," stated the report.

It is noted that m/u 28735 is a former Ukrainian military base, which is now used by the occupants.

There was a road collapse on the approach to the military unit.

"It looks like there was significant damage to equipment and a lot of occupiers were destroyed. Probably we also succeeded to destroy the control point of this centre," the partisans added.

The Crimean Wind Telegram channel writes that in the evening of May 23, the Ukrainian defence forces struck military facilities in Crimea. Explosions were heard in almost all areas of the peninsula.

"At least 6 MGM-140 ATACMS ballistic missiles hit the communication centre of the radar and anti-aircraft forces of the Russian army. A radio antenna of the space surveillance station and several buildings of the facility are located at that place," the report said.

"It was on them that the strike was carried out, and where at that moment there were high-ranking servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces. And the main thing is the systematic strikes on the radar and anti-aircraft forces of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation in Crimea," added the authors of the channel.

We remind you that late in the evening of May 23 powerful explosions were heard in Crimea. Local residents saw "fly-ins".

It was loud in the area of Perevalne, in Yalta, Alushta, Bakhchisaray district.

Locals counted up to 15 explosions in Bilohorsk, and heard a sound similar to a drone in Alushta.

After powerful explosions the siren was loudly switched on in military units of Sevastopol.

According to preliminary reports, Ukrainian forces attacked military units of the Russian Federal Security Service near Alushta and the 126th coastal defence brigade of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Perevalne.
