Libyan Special Forces Appeared Near Vitebsk

Libyan special forces arrived in Belarus. The video, posted on social networks, shows fighters of the Libyan National Army (LNA). Judging by the footage, they may be at the Losvido training ground near Vitsebsk, noted the site Charter97.org.
