GUR Showed The Moment Of Liquidation Of The Son Of Russian General Marzoyev

A guided aerial bomb was successfully fired.
The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine) published footage of a strike on the Russian occupants' position, where Vasily Marzoev - son of the commander of the 18th Combined Armed Forces Army of the Russian Federation, General Arkadiy Marzoev - was located at the time.
The description to the footage published on Monday, October 27, reports that the strike was carried out on October 15.
On that day, fighters of the combined UAV unit of the Department of Active Actions of the GUR during aerial reconnaissance in the Zaporizhzhya direction discovered the position of enemy drone operators near the village of Plavni in Vasilievsky district.
"A guided aerial bomb was successfully flown along the coordinates obtained by the reconnaissance team - to zabzone the Russian killers," the GUR commented on the video.
According to intelligence reports, Vasily Marzoev, a platoon commander of the 108th Parachute-Airborne Regiment of the 7th Airborne Assault Division of the Russian occupation army, was at the position at the time.
The GUR added that this Russian lieutenant is the son of Lieutenant General Arkady Marzoyev, commander of the 18th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces, who is implicated in committing war crimes against civilian Ukrainians in Kherson.
The liquidation of Vasily Marzoyev was reported on October 19 by the head of North Ossetia Sergey Menyailo. According to him, it happened in the Zaporozhye direction, where Marzoev was "carrying out combat missions."
