Polish and allied air operations took place in the country's airspace.
In Poland, the airports of the cities of Lublin and Radom were closed due to the operation of military aviation, which was lifted into the sky because of the massive missile attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine.
The Polish Air Traffic Agency PANSA reported this.
On the night of Thursday, October 30, the Russian Federation carried out a massive air attack on Ukrainian cities. In particular, regions in the west of the country were under attack.
Bearing this in mind, Polish and allied aviation operations were launched in Polish airspace.
"Due to the need to ensure freedom of action for military aviation, the airports in Radom and Lublin were closed for the duration of the operation," PANSA said in a statement.
The agency did not inform when the airports would resume operations.
On the night of October 30, an air alert was declared in all regions of Ukraine due to enemy drones and missile dangers. Air forces and local authorities reported that Russia had sent missiles to the west. Bukovina and Prykarpattya were warned about the special danger. The Russian Federation attacked DTEK thermal power plants in different regions of Ukraine.
