Lukashenko Scares CSTO Allies

The dictator complained that Belarus had turned into a "besieged fortress".

At the CSTO summit in Bishkek on November 27, Lukashenko complained to his allies in the military bloc about Germany and Poland:

- Military risks and threats are growing along the perimeter of the CSTO borders, especially on the western flank of the organization, where, it would seem, an adequate and stable situation should be preserved. The situation looks like a besieged fortress, in which Belarus is living today," Lukashenko complained.

All of the above, coupled with aggressive rhetoric, indicates that Western politicians are purposefully preparing for war. It's not us, Vladimir Vladimirovich, who are preparing for war, but according to all the facts - they are," said the dictator.

Besides the military build-up, Belarus' neighbors upset Lukashenko by "actively preaching the policy of isolation and dividing lines."

It should be noted that Lukashenko's militaristic speeches often face criticism of the CSTO allies.
