Orban Arrived In Moscow And Met With Putin

Hungary's prime minister has offered Budapest as a platform to end the war in Ukraine.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban arrived in Moscow on Friday, November 28, and met with Russian dictator Putin.

Russian propaganda agency TASS reported.

On his arrival, Orban reiterated once again that Hungary is ready to provide a platform for talks on ending the war in Ukraine.

At the same time, Putin called the Hungarian prime minister's position on the war in Ukraine "balanced."

The Russian dictator also said that talks between Russia and the United States would allegedly "lead to a summit in Budapest."

Orban earlier said in an interview that the purpose of his meeting with Putin was to discuss oil and gas supplies to Hungary.

When asked whether peace efforts to resolve Russia's war against Ukraine would be discussed, the Hungarian prime minister answered in the affirmative.
